Hi, There have been eight issues fixed in this version of Wagon. It's a dependency for Maven 3.1.0 so I wanted to get it up for a vote so that I can try and integrate it by the end of the week.

So if it's crap and we find a problem we'll call it 2.3.1 and I'll roll it again. I can retract it out of central if deemed necessary and manually put it in a staging repository if necessary, or I can re-roll it. It would actually be easier to re-roll it. Sorry about that.
