If it's not locked down, they would get 2.3. (maven 3.0.x users get 2.1.3 I
think)

However, I want to be clear:

* The issue ONLY affects Mac users. Other platforms are OK.

* The issue only affects users that use the war plugin.

* There is an easy workaround of locking down to 2.2 (or to 2.4 once 2.4 is
released).

* Another work around: adding the -Djava.awt.headless=true flag to the
MAVEN_OPTS.

* The issue does NOT affect the output of the war plugin. The plugin does
exactly what it's supposed to do and produces a proper war.

The only "problem" is the Java Icon that would appear on the Mac Dock for the
duration of the build. It doesn't affect the actual build at all.

So basically, it affects a relatively small number of maven users, doesn't
affect the actual build at all, and has a relatively easy workaround for people
that are annoyed by it.
