Reverting some unexpected aether dependency changes to the top-level pom
Not sure if these dependency changes were meant to be included or not in
the last commit to master, but given there were no changes to other modules or
the source I assume they got in by mistake...
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/mcculls/maven fix-build-break
