Refactoring of wagon-http (follow-up to Httpclient 4.3 upgrade)
* Code clean-ups mainly related to HTTP method configuration
* HttpClient instance is now immutable and static
* Reduced footprint of custom SSL code by re-using functionality from
HttpClient 4.3
