Hi! I have a fork of plugin-testing that works for 3.1.1 at https://github.com/mosabua/plugin-testing/tree/maven311
It works fine and we currently use it for the android maven plugin master branch that is migrating to 3.1.1. Could someone please apply the patches back to the repo and release this project asap? Potentially I could do the work myself as well.
