On my wish list, I'd love if there was an bot that would send out JIRA activity
into the #mesos IRC channel. I thought about creating an INFRA ticket for this,
but a) wasn't sure what others thought, and b) I don't know if this is
something INFRA supports for other projects or if they would consider it.
What do you think? Anyone have experience creating these bots?
