Right now users have to update the configuration and then ship it over to every
machine. It would be nice if we could pass some arguments on the command line
for 'start-masters/slaves' and pass them along. To get this to work nicely with
'start-all' we could add '--args' to the start-masters and start-slaves scripts
and add '--master-args' and '--slave-args' to the start-all script.
