Fix For: 0.14.0
Currently, when disk resources are not specified on the command line, slave
calculates the default based on the free disk space. On the other hand, Cpu and
Memory defaults are total cpus and memory available. Disk default should also
be total to be consistent.
This also helps a recovering slave to not crash because of incompatible
SlaveInfo's disk resource.
