This is something I'd like to help with. I have some tooling around builds for Ubuntu and recent Debian and RedHat; but right now it does not address the Python libs. I guess only the one egg -- mesos-<platform>.egg -- is ultimately needed? I am not super knowledgeable about how binary packaging works for Python.
