These are currently not included in make dist.
Assigning to Vinod as he's likely to do this release, however I will help with
cleaning up the documentation (I started doing this with 0.13.0 but realized
the amount of work would delay the release substantially). Starting with 0.14.0
I would like to block releases on having up-to-date documentation, else we'll
forever be plagued by out-of-date documentation.
