Currently, we do not include any request identifying information in response
messages. As a result, the various components of the system need to be
defensive about responses received that were duplicates, or intended for a
previous run of the component.
We could simplify the code substantially by including UUIDs or other
identifying information to pair requests with responses.
This could be made part of libprocess to hide away the details.
There have been many instances of this, one recent example is: MESOS-676.
