Observed this while testing
FaultToleranceTest.SlaveReregisterTerminatedExecutor test in a loop.
The slave::finalize() loops through and shuts down frameworks. But it could so
happen that shutdownFramework() removes a framework and hence mutates
'frameworks' map. This could lead to segfault when looping through 'frameworks'.
