Please allow me to wake up and brush my teeth first ;)
As said on IRC, simply make an INFRA ticket with this request, and we can have
it permanently set up today.
You'll want to consider which JIRA events gets pushed onto IRC, as some people
find _every_ event to be quite noisy (just ask the CloudStack folks).
While we're at it, if you want git/svn commits and such, you can request that
in the same ticket.
