I thought of a noob JIRA ticket for myself to start getting my feet wet with the Mesos codebase.
I was thinking maybe I could update some of the uses of stdout and some consistency patches (two separate things). So... what is the etiquette? create JIRA and upload patch? are changes discussed kind of on the dev list first or JIRA ticket discussions about decisions? Are there more pressing tickets to start on?
