1. One thing I'd like add is pulling out the OOM monitoring code to a separate
libprocess with a similar interface to the Reaper used to monitor pids.
2. Can we add support for nesting slaves? I know we could do this with bind
mounts but we want nesting before we'll be ready to create isolated mount
namespaces. This should be prioritized so AngryBird can use cgroups.
3. Can we determine if we want to support locking access of cgroups as it's
implemented in Mesos now? Perhaps this is better done as a general "don't run
two slaves" lock somewhere else.
