Now that we also have /help endpoints, there is a bit of overlap between
documenting the endpoints in /help and documenting the endpoints in Markdown.
For monitoring, I've documented the endpoint in /help. It would be nice to be
able to generate all the necessary Markdown from the /help endpoints rather
than duplicating the documentation.
