For allowing a smooth transition into the C++11 world, I would like to propose
doing a namespace pull-in of std::tuple or boost::tuples::tuple, depending on
the availability of C++11. The results should be part of the process::tuples
namespace.
Review-request is upcoming but I wanted to make sure that this improvement
could be discussed outside the review-request.
