I noticed that the coding style of the base code structure tended to build
generic modules in the library part, I saw that there is still a 3rdparty/stout
hosted on [github|https://github.com/3rdparty/stout] but it seems inactive so
I'm contributing directly in mesos. I tried to follow the same coding style by
creating a function that patches the TODO comment on src/master.cpp line 263.
Please let me know if I left something apart.
