The python-egg build-process now checks if libzookeeper_mt.a has been produced.
Added LDFLAGS propagation into setup.py.
NOTE: This RR may become obsolete in the very near future, depending on the
outcome of https://reviews.apache.org/r/18957/ and its upcoming subsequent RRs.
So please disregard this RR unless a quick fix / short termed solution is
needed.
