Ah I forgot (1) is done automatically, that makes things easier!

But I'm still wondering whether we'll accidentally break links with this. Let's 
say we release 0.19.0, then this will prompt to delete 0.18.0 only (in the 
steady state). We can't delete 0.18.0 until we update the link for 0.18.0 to 
point the archive, right?
