Testing

ReservationAllocatorTest.ResourcesReturned 1000 iterations. Did uncover
something else I am pretty sure is unrelated and only exposed with high
iterations so I am submitting this obvious patch as a fix for MESOS-743 while I
am debugging the other issue.
