Currently `configure.ac` looks for the `mvn` executable in the path. This might
not always be the best way to define which Maven version Mesos should use for
the build.
We should support an environment variable named "MAVEN_HOME" such that the
Maven executable is searched for at "$MAVEN_HOME/bin".
