unfortunately some earlier versions of rbt (< 0.5.4) are broken w.r.t revision
ranges. [~berngp] also tells me rbt 0.6 doesn't work with '--revision-rage'
anymore. so i would prefer we use post-review by default, because it is known
to work. either way, we could add a flag that can over-ride the default. who is
up for sending a patch? :)
