I am logged in, normally you'd see the assign button when you go to view a task I believe but I don't see it anywhere. I'm not sure what is going on.
I see "edit", "comment", "agile board", "more", "resolve issue", and "close issue". I don't see anything related to assigning in the "more" menu.
