Currently Authenticator doesn't tell Master about the principal of the
Authenticatee it just successfully authenticated. It doesn't even know about it
itself as username lookup and password checking are handled by a static
[plugin|https://github.com/apache/mesos/blob/da9c30a0b078268b92040c847a17d9323bab4070/src/sasl/auxprop.hpp#L43].
To reliably capture the user name, we should save the username from a
*successful* [CRAM-MD5
response|http://tools.ietf.org/html/draft-ietf-sasl-crammd5-10#section-2].
