Fix Version/s: (was: 0.19.0)
Will punt on documenting the reconciliation API until it's more bug-free and we
provide a way to reconcile tasks unknown to the framework.
Also, 0.19.0 does not provide reconciliation by default (--registry_strict must
be used explicitly).
