The system metrics use os::cpus, os::memory, and os::loadavg, all of which can
fail to return anything useful. When that happens, we remove the metric from
the endpoint.
The System.Metrics test has been disabled until this is fixed or until we
output the failure message from Gauges in the endpoint.
