i have set export SPARK_EXECUTOR_URI=hdfs:// 192.168.1.101:8020/user/spark/spark-0.9.0-incubating-bin-hadoop2.tgz in spark-env.sh. salve can access spark-0.9.0-incubating-bin-hadoop2.tgz
