I'd like to propose changes to the protobuf: 1) Correct mem_rss_bytes to report rss from mem.stat, not the total memory usage! 2) Naming should be consistent with the mem.stat source 3) Source actual limits from the cgroup, not from the desired resource 4) Include swap usage
