Hi Ritwik,

I've posted a review request to fix issue and an explanation of what goes
wrong with GCC-4.6.
In short, the <tr1/functional> header that ships with GCC 4.6 has a bug.
(It doesn't perfect-forward the arguments properly)

comment that explain further what the underlying issue is.
