Folks, Bernd and I have started to flesh out the design doc for Mesos event stream (multicasting) [1], which has plenty of applications, from service discovery to chargeback and learning cluster behaviour. We plan to create an epic and elaborate on the actual proposal once the MesosCon is over, but would like to start gather feedback early. Please take a look and comment!
