Hello everyone, I'd like to propose adding the concept of exclusivity to resources. An exclusive resource is a) not shared with any other task, b) employs stronger isolation for more predictable performance, and c) is consequently not oversubscribed (if enabled). In contrast to normal resources, exclusive resources have greater resource priority while oversubscribed resources have lower priority.
This is aimed at generally supporting resources like cpu affinity, container IPs, and guaranteed network bandwidth.
