Hi Vinod and others, Currently the Mesos supports IBM Power(ppc64le), so I think it's time to setup the Power CI.
I have updated the `support/docker_build.sh` script to support Power Machine[1], can you help setup the Power CI? [1]: https://reviews.apache.org/r/45803/
