I have few questions regarding general process. How does you guys have test environment setup for your local changes? Say for example I take this ticket - MESOS-5856 which is marked as newbie. I can build mesos following the steps with - http://mesos.apache.org/gettingstarted/. But I am not sure how any code change would be able to test code changes with the above steps. The above mentioned ticket for example expects to run logger module on the mesos folder in the slaves - that is somewhat of a leap from getting started and setting up the other components in the mesos eco system. If I am making a change for the ticket 5662, is it enough that I do only a make test, don't I have to do a regression test before creating a pull request? Thanks, ./Siva.
