what's the difference of files in folder v1 vs. common ?

Hi haosdent,

I found that some files in the folder v1 is as the same as in common folder.

such as `src/common/resources.cpp` and `src/v1/resources.cpp`.

Does the v1 is used to follow version v1.0.xxx development?
