+1 (binding) Tested on ASF CI. The failures are due to 2 issues 1) perf core dump <https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/MESOS-7160> which was fixed in 1.5.0 and 2) flaky oversubscription test <https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/MESOS-7519> also fixed in 1.5.0.
