Hey all, we've just created the 1.8.0 release branch last Friday, and are looking to put a `-rc1` release candidate up for vote as soon as the last blockers are resolved, which should be sometime this week.
If you have any tickets which in your opinion absolutely should make 1.8 but haven't received any proper attention so far, please make sure to set their target version to 1.8.0 and raise them to 'Blocker' priority, and ideally also tell me or Joseph Wu about them so we can make sure they're on our radar.
