Hi Ashish, Thank you for your mail. As far as I know there is no official (or unofficial) roadmap for Apache MetaModel. Of course we have a list of both issues and wishes [1] and some short term goals for the next couple of versions. But the long term is really up to the community. So what's important to the community you might ask? Well as I see it (my clarity is questionable of course) there are a couple of major influencers in the community: From individuals a general wishes to extend and connect to "everything" and from corporate contributors we see that MetaModel is used in both data visualization and large scale data processing applications. So my guess is that we will continue to those kinds of demands: Supporting applications that need to consume (and possible write to) varying types of datastores.
