I see that the version of JEST used in the elasticsearch connector is really
old and meant for ElasticSearch 0.x and 1.x compatibility. My experience using
it was that I just set up a fresh dev environment with ElasticSearch 2.x (no
longer really that "new") and I was facing strange issues for a long time until
I realized that the JEST version was wrong.
Probably we'd want to keep the MetaModel dependency version up to date so that
developers are more likely to succeed the first time.
