To avoid Gmail hacking issues you have to always to change the password at
least twice a year. Apart from this you should check your account settings at
all times. First see that account information is correct that is your alternate
e-mail address and mobile number is updated at all times so that if you ever
need to recover your account you can to so easily by two-step verification.
Next you should always check if auto forwarding is turned on or off. Turn off
auto forwarding if you do not require it, also check in the reply to address is
changed. See if any link is provided along with your signature. You must also
see if the language is changed. If there is any change you must restore the old
regional settings. For more information call Gmail customer support.
