Hi Ankit, JIRA is under a heavy spam attack. The "funny" part is that JIRA is locked down so that only admins and contributors are allowed to post comments and new issues, but apparently that doesn't work on our project.
Since I am not an admin, I can't close the issues, and I can't currently make an issue with Infra, so we pretty much just have to sit tight and wait for Kasper to wake up (he's in Seattle, so that's probably a few hours from now). I tried tweeting ASF about the ineffective lockdown, but no reaction.
