Removed all deprecated API from MetaModel (aaaaah)
This is a PR for the 5.x branch. I suggest getting rid of all the
deprecated methods of metamodel for that release.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/kaspersorensen/metamodel
feature/5.x/remove-deprecated-stuff
Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:
