I managed to get Apache CMS up and running in my browser and made a
cosmetic change to the staging version of
http://incubator.apache.org/projects/metamodel.html ... Just added the link
to the wiki. More changes to come soon I guess.

But for the main MetaModel website I still don't know if it is supposed to
work yet, or something else is still needed - maybe from infra? At least
when I go to http://incubator.apache.org/MetaModel/ it seems that the URL
isn't even recognized by the server?

How did your bootstrap go, Henry?
