Dear MetaModel Committers: For the status report due this month, I would like to request that you add the following information along with identifying incubation goals:
1. A line item identifying when the first release will be done. You can say that currently there are no plans for a release if that is the case. 2. When was the last appointment made for committer or PPMC member. You can say that since incubation you have not made any new appointments for either committer or PMC member. These two pieces of information are required from projects in their board report when they graduate. It will be good to get in a habit of reporting these early on as you folks make progress with incubation. See [1] for details on what the board expects in a project's status report. Also, it will be beneficial if you could report the following statistics: - Number of subscribers to the dev list - Number of subscribers to the user list - Number of messages exchanged on the dev list in the report period - Number of messages exchanged on the user list in the report period - Number of Jira issues resolved in the report period For the report period, you could simplify it to just last month since the current reporting cadence is monthly.
