    Metron-905 Fix square-bracket behavior and default network interface
bindings for ES

    ## Contributor Comments
    Changes as specified in email thread and METRON-905:
    1. Document network.host parameter with ref to ES docs.
    2. Add network.publish_host parameter, default empty, with same docs ref.
    3. For single-node and QuickDev deployments, set the default value of
network.host to [ _local_ ] .
    4. For multi-node and FullDev, set the default value to [ _local_, _site_ ]
.
    5. For generic ambari install, set the default value to [ _local_ ] but
document this is for single-node installs, and for cluster installs it must be
changed to add _site_ .
    6. For network_host and zen_discovery_ping_unicast_hosts, require that
brackets and quotes be provided explicitly as part of the config value,
consistent with ES config requirements.

    I wanted to get the code changes out for shared testing soonest. I will
add some docs changes to the PR, at the README level.

    This needs to be tested against each of our deployment modes:
    * QuickDev
    * FullDev
    * bare-metal Ambari, single node
    * bare-metal Ambari, multi-node (with manual change to default network_host
value)
    * EC2
    * Vagrant/Ansible?
    * a multi-homed cluster, with non-empty network_publish_host ( @JonZeolla ?)
    * Other?

    Volunteers are humbly begged to claim and exercise one or more.
    In each configuration, one should see ES come up, without errors in Ambari,
and without configuration exceptions in elasticsearch logs
(/var/log/elasticsearch/metron.log, in Centos7) on any ES host.

    ## Pull Request Checklist
    In order to streamline the review of the contribution we ask you follow
these guidelines and ask you to double check the following:

    ### For all changes:
    - [x] Is there a JIRA ticket associated with this PR? If not one needs to
be created at [Metron
Jira](https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/METRON/?selectedTab=com.atlassian.jira.jira-projects-plugin:summary-panel).

    - [x] Does your PR title start with METRON-XXXX where XXXX is the JIRA
number you are trying to resolve? Pay particular attention to the hyphen "-"
character.
    - [x] Has your PR been rebased against the latest commit within the target
branch (typically master)?

    ### For code changes:
    - [x] Have you included steps to reproduce the behavior or problem that is
being changed or addressed?
    - [x] Have you included steps or a guide to how the change may be verified
and tested manually?
    - [IN PROCESS] Have you ensured that the full suite of tests and checks
have been executed in the root incubating-metron folder via:
      ```
      mvn -q clean integration-test install && build_utils/verify_licenses.sh
      ```

    - [NA] Have you written or updated unit tests and or integration tests to
verify your changes?
    - [NA] If adding new dependencies to the code, are these dependencies
licensed in a way that is compatible for inclusion under [ASF
2.0](http://www.apache.org/legal/resolved.html#category-a)?
    - [IN PROCESS] Have you verified the basic functionality of the build by
building and running locally with Vagrant full-dev environment or the
equivalent?

    ### For documentation related changes:
    - [ ] Have you ensured that format looks appropriate for the output in
which it is rendered by building and verifying the site-book? If not then run
the following commands and the verify changes via
`site-book/target/site/index.html`:

      ```
      cd site-book
      mvn site
      ```
