I deployed this to EC2 along with the code for #563 and #564. The
deployment was successful, Elasticsearch started and was green/happy, and
telemetry was flowing through end-to-end. Yay!

I am assuming that the original PR already discussed/addressed the issue of
backing the API with an embedded database like H2. Perhaps the user can change
that in Ambari. Anywho, it is outside the scope of this PR.
