The answer is 1. I did not submit until this set of functionality was done
because it is completely end to end testable. A smaller part that is not
working or demonstrable did not seem conducive to review and evaluation. The
only extraneous content in the pr may be the archetype, whose product cannot be
used and installed beyond unit and integration testing in this PR, but can in
METRON-942.
