I think my concern is that it's missing a big part of the equation: how we
actually USE the property that we just added. From what I see, there are a
couple of different scenarios:
* Properties get added to our external or internal configs (e.g. global
config, storm config, etc.)
* Properties get used in the install/update process (e.g. hbase tables or
hdfs locations get created)
* Both
I'd like to see a concrete example detailing the full-journey. From adding
the property to operating on the property in the scenarios above.
