Elasticsearch masters_also_are_datanodes doesn't work.

Another issue I noticed. Setting "masters_also_are_datanodes" in Ambari 
to "true" does not work.
The settings in /etc/elasticsearch/elasticsearch.yml will always be 
false when restarting elasticsearch...
