    METRON-1373 RAT failure for metron-interface/metron-alerts

    ## Contributor Comments
    Please see https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/METRON-1373 and
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/METRON-1163

    This extends a fix already accepted in 0.4.1, for a file that got renamed
and therefore needs an additional exclusion.

    This is the patch for master, which is 5 commits beyond 0.4.2. We would
like to stay with the known stable RC candidate contents, so this fix will be
separately committed to 0.4.2. If by chance it is rejected here, it will be
reverted there.

    Test procedure: Please note that this issue can ONLY be seen if one
unrolls a tarball (as from the dist repository) rather than cloning from
github. So test this fix with the RC2.

    To reproduce, do the following:
    ```
    mkdir workdir; cd workdir
    wget
https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/dev/metron/0.4.2-RC1/apache-metron-0.4.2-rc1.tar.gz
    tar xvzf apache-metron-0.4.2-rc1.tar.gz
    cd apache-metron-0.4.2-rc1
    mvn clean
    mvn install -DskipTests
    ```
    When it comes to metron-alerts module, apache-rat-plugin should error,
complaining about:
    ```
    Files with unapproved licenses:
    .../metron-interface/metron-alerts/dist/styles.
f56deed131e58bd7ee04.bundle.css
    ```
    To test the patch, repeat the test, changing "RC1" to "RC2" and "rc1" to
"rc2" in all instances.
